PHILOSOPHY
I believe in a holistic approach to running that goes beyond the physical training. My coaching is designed to educate and inspire athletes, incorporating elements such as:

Workout Variety:Explanation of different running workouts and their purposes
Strength Training:Emphasizing its importance and providing customized programs, including plyometrics and core strengthening
Running Form:Tips for improvement, including form analysis for those in the area or via video submissions
Warm-Up Drills:Comprehensive descriptions and organized sets

Specific to running, I focus on working all energy systems consistently. The ratio of workouts changes depending on the training phase. ABOUT ME
Running has been a part of my life since high school. After breaking 5 minutes in the mile in my first season of competition I chose to stick with running over basketball. I competed in high school and college and have continued to run at a professional level. As a coach, I am driven by my passion for helping others achieve their goals. I am dedicated to continuous learning, regularly reading about running, strength training, and sports psychology.

I value deep connections and enjoy forming strong relationships with my athletes, helping them grow and succeed.
