Nanik Tagore

Nanik Tagore brings a wealth of experience and passion to the basketball court. A 4-year varsity starter at San Juan High School, Nanik was recognized as a top CIF student-athlete, earned the title of Optimist All-Star for Small Schools, and was named the Sierra Delta League MVP. His leadership skills were evident as he served as a 3-year team captain.

Nanik began his NCAA Divison II basketball career at Holy Name University before transferring to Dominican University following the closure of Holy Names. Throughout his college journey, he continued to exemplify the dedication and work ethic that have defined his athletic career.

During the summers, Nanik shares his expertise as a coach with PGC Basketball, traveling across the United States to inspire and develop young athletes. His longtime love for the game and relentless drive have been the cornerstones of his success. Nanik’s coaching philosophy is rooted in fostering development and growth, both on and off the court. He believes in teaching through his passion, ensuring that every player he works with understands the importance of hard work and perseverance.

With a deep commitment to the game and a proven track record of excellence, Nanik Tagore is dedicated to helping athletes reach their full potential and achieve their aspirations.
